Load-Sensor Valve
A load sensor valve is a hydraulic control valve that adjusts system pressure or flow in response to changes in load. It helps ensure hydraulic output matches operational demand rather than remaining constant.
By sensing load variation, the valve can reduce unnecessary pressure and limit heat generation. This supports more predictable system behaviour and can contribute to improved component life.
Load sensing is commonly used on sweepers and specialist vehicles where operating loads vary during use, such as when hoppers fill or empty over the course of a shift on road sweepers with operator.
